FULL REFUND for the FIRST-TIME purchasers and VIP members. FOR ANY REASON. NO STOCKING FEES. We will cover the shipping cost and issue you a pre-paid return shipping label if needed.
If you have any size-fitting issue (within 1MM error tolerance), you can choose a full refund or FREE REPLACEMENTS for misfit nail pieces. If you choose a free replacement, you don't need to return the misfit nail pieces back to us. We will help you figure out the right nail sizes.
For your subsequent purchase, we guarantee a FULL REFUND for any reason due to our mistakes, including damaged or defective items, shipping mistakes, and size errors. If it is NOT a result of our mistakes, you may contact us for a case-by-case review but we MAY NOT guarantee a full refund, considering each of our nail sets is handcrafted solely for one customer with his/her unique nail size and bespoke experience. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.
We take size-fitting issues seriously to ensure each Cozvous nail set is crafted according to each customer’s unique nail profile. Complete your Nail Size Profile before checkout.
Along with your first purchase, we will send you a set of blank acrylic nail pieces with size numbers for you to try on and remeasure sizes if needed. If you encounter any size-fitting issue at your first-time purchase, please contact us and our Customer Satisfaction Team will offer you measurement supports to ensure accurate sizing for your next purchase.
To be eligible for a full refund, the returning product needs to be:
1) in most new condition; 2) with the original packaging attached; 3) within 15 days upon the arrival.
